  PSI can provide you project based tactical ODC services wherein PSI take the ownership of a project delivery with processes, quality, and man power management. Our clients can serve their niche and adhoc requirements using this engagement option. This is another option to go for prototyping and getting along with the clients procedures, processes and working style and culture, which can scale up into a DDC (Dedicated Development Center) facility later.
  
  
  
• Dedicated Development Center
  PSI’s Dedicated Development Center (DDC) is a service arrangement wherein we setup and operate a dedicated IT facility center for our ISV clients. This DDC is customized to your requirements and clients have full control and visibility to propagate their own corporate procedures, systems and management techniques. Notwithstanding we provide flexible options for dedicated man power, Peer to Peer connectivity, security levels, and isolation levels.
  
  Our clients avail the visibility into periodic status and other reports covering metrics data which are provided to the client for monitoring and decision-making. Our DDC, operates under flexible Service Level Agreement (SLA) and depending on the nature of work being performed, these SLAs are periodically reviewed and revised, if needed, to ensure adequate compliance with changing business requirements.
