Features
User access types –
There are predefined user access types in the system. One of the types is a user that can only see their appointments when they log in. Another is a user whose primary purpose is to make, change, and cancel appointments. They have limited access to other parts of the system. This would be a receptionist or answering service person. Another type is the administrator. This user has access to everything in the system.
Use internally only or allow customers to schedule their own appointments –
Many clients like to use the system for their internal appointment scheduling only; they don't open it up to their customers. All that is needed is an Internet connection to use the system internally. Other clients allow their customers to schedule their own appointments on-line.

Appointment Buffers –
If you desire to specify free time between appointments, you can do so by selecting buffers between appointments. Buffers can be set for 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 180, 240, 300, 360, 420, or 480 minutes in length. An initial buffer can also be set that prevents clients from scheduling on the current date before a specified period of time. This allows you to receive adequate notice of current day appointments.
