With the effect of globalization and the penetration of IT in every sector automation of the processes in the various works of life have become essential. We have witnessed the automation of Governance in for of e-Governance, e-shopping etc. Hence the need for automation in the education sector is inevitable.


There is need for streamlining the processes followed in the tenure of a student in the college. For each student hundreds of papers pile-up over the period of the course. Thus keeping the records is a very cumbersome job. Also if one wishes to back-track the records of a student the amount of time and effort that will be spent is not the requirement of the day. In today's world, everything needs to be organized, fast-paced and streamlined to keep you ahead of the competition. Gone are those days when clumsy paper-work would rule the universities and the colleges.


To counter this, we have developed an application that will solve all the problems existing in the old system that were a headache for the universities. The solution is in the form of Examination Management System or EXPERTUS. EXPERTUS basically removes all the problems of maintenance of huge amount of paper work and the inconsistencies prevailing in preparation of the result. With EXPERTUS you can generate fast and accurate result with great ease.


EXPERTUS is a web-based Examination Management System in which a university can customize its workflow by people accessing it remotely from different geographical locations or by centralizing it. A large number of people can simultaneously work on the application and prepare the result. This account for distribution of labour and considerable reduction in time of execution and cost.


EXPERTUS incorporates features like highly interactive User Interface so that it is very ease for you to use. EXPERTUS is one of the few applications which can prepare the result and also incorporate the University By-Laws. The indigenously developed framework has a huge advantage making EXPERTUS fully customizable. The client can create his own Course Structure; the Examination rules etc. at his will and can even change them anytime he wants.

The generation of result and printing of various documents like the mark sheets and admit-cards etc. is also streamlined and automated. There is also a reporting mechanism of the result which can be published by the client thus making the analysis of the result very simple.
