  Pratham Software (PSI) successfully got the renewal of ISO 9001:2000 certification till April 2009.
This was the first certification renewal visit as earlier ones were for the surveillance. It was strategic in nature and just not targeted on quality standards compliance but the adherence and the process improvements. Our ISO certification agency; BVQI appreciated the quality standards adherence and considerable improvements in processes PSI has achieved in last 3 years.

Renewal of ISO 9001-2000 certification has made the PSI’s team all the more responsible and dedicated to achieve ISO objectives to accomplish higher level of quality standards and customer satisfaction to achieve client’s and PSI’s mutual objectives for quality.

PSI is focused on end to end initiatives internal and external to PSI resulting to continual improvement in the quality infrastructure through training, external certifications, R & D and using contemporary tools and utilities for quality enhancements.

  PSI form strategic alliance with IGECO International to provide product support to ISV’s (Independent Software Vendors) from Canada.

 PSI form strategic alliance with IGECO International from Canada to provide product support to ISV (Independent Software Vendors) from Canada. The alliance is complemented by Pratham’s core expertise in providing product maintenance and life cycle extension services like feature enhancement, technology migration and product integration in enterprise architecture environment.

IGECO International Inc is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. IGECO in collaboration with its network of Canadian partners provides services like business development and consulting, software implementation and support and training. This alliance is an initiative to generate business synergy for the ISV’s from Canada to leverage on access to qualified and experienced resources from India having extensive experience in providing software product support services and product life cycle management solutions.

Major thrust areas would be enterprise class software product market catering to niche support activities for a software product wherein providing them consulting, and development support under global delivery model from onsite, onshore and offshore locations.

  Pratham Software Ltd. enters highly niche and globally emerging domain

Pratham Software Ltd. enters in to an alliance with a leading player in highly niche and globally emerging domain of Digital Media Broadcasting from UK as their sole ODC (Offshore Development Center) and doing subsequent ongoing R & D for their product. Pratham Software leverages its expertise in the Microsoft domain including system level programming and appoints top consultants to play a vital role in the further research and development. Pratham’s major challenge will be the newer technology related to Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, an offshoot to Digital Audio Broadcasting.

  Pratham bagged the prestigious portal development account from UK based company for Online Image Management and Sharing.

Pratham is being chosen for development of Online Image Management and Sharing portal. This portal will bear features catering to photographers worldwide wherein they can submit their portfolio having facility to manage their accounts. Portal has niche feature to provide visitors with the most efficient work-flow to ensure you locate the best images that are most relevant to your needs. This portal will be launched in October 2007. Pratham will add value to the association leveraging its expertise in open source technologies and highly experienced team in developing the community portals and alike.

  Pratham foray into new domain; "Back Office operations Management".

 

Pratham foray into new domain; “Back Office operations Management”. Mr. Puneet Mittal; Pratham’s CEO announced the tie-up with UK based content aggregator from travel and leisure industry running globally renowned 20+ travel portals having end to end integration with 100+ travel portals. The PSI focus will be to cater all kinds of back office operations for the internet based online travel and booking portal which includes handling of e-bookings, e-travel, airfare pricing, managing customer accounts, and other CRM related data and information.
