Puneet Mittal

MD & CEO

Mr. Puneet Mittal is one of the Founders & Director of Pratham Software Pvt. Ltd.(PSI) . He built his career while helping build the business and taking PSI to one of the most reputed software export company in Rajasthan in the span of five years. He has steered the company’s tremendous growth and leadership in the IT business in Rajasthan.

He makes it clear that he is a leader among equals. He is the firm believer of team efforts and injects the same feeling in the company as well. He has pioneered overseas alliances with IT companies and various affiliation-marketing programs in US & UK. This has helped PSI to gain global presence. He has been instrumental in developing the Global Delivery Model for PSI, which has helped in providing real time IT solutions with 24X7 supports.

He has played pivotal role in implementing various management and quality initiatives within PSI wherein planning, designing, managing the organization activities in a way so that PSI can attain its mission encompassed within its vision simultaneously helping PSI team to achieve the organization objectives.

He has over a decade of experience in the IT industry and possesses the vast wealth of IT business knowledge. He is an active member of TiE , Chamber of Commerce, and various other professional and charitable organizations. . He is Graduated from MNIT, one of the most reputed Engineering College in India.

Sumeeti Mittal

Director

Ms. Sumeeti Mittal is Co-founder of PSI. She has over 7 years of experience in IT industry. She is responsible for System Study, Design, Development, Testing, reviewing, implementation and maintenance of software solutions developed at PSI.

Apart from the project execution and delivery, she has taken the responsibility of Quality Program, customer satisfaction, ISO activity. She is Bachelor of Engineering from one of the most reputed M.B.M Engineering College, Jodhpur in Rajasthan (India).

Gulab Sharma

President US & EU Operations

Gulab brings extensive IT industry experience having served global giants for more than 26 years. He last worked for Sun Microsystems, USA, serving them for 16 years in the capacity of Sr. Director Engineering.

He has also worked with Philips, Canada and couple of other midsize companies in USA both in management and technical positions. He is heading US & EU operations managing international relations and business development,

He has a masters degree M.S.E.E from Washington University in St Louis,MO, USA. He is B.E (Electrical) from (BITS) Pilani, India.
