A. K. Sureka

Mr. A.K. Sureka carries with him a very rich experience of 35 years in diverse business domains such as Engineering, Industrial Planning, Textiles and Plastics fields at the top managerial level. He is widely traveled, established business both in India and internationally covering over 45 Countries. He is a well-known plastic technologist in India. He has Techno-Commercial experience of running big corporations and was associated with M/s. Mascon India Ltd. for development of ERP in plastic industries. His latest interest is to transform all mechanical and electrical machinery with PLC drives and fully software based operations.


He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science(BITS), Pilani.


Prabhat Mittal

Prabhat is an MBA and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering with over a decade of experience and specialization in development and marketing of power systems and solutions. He is responsible for strategic planning and market development for Pratham. He is also involved in business planning and management training for Pratham. His Present role is to act as an advisor and mentor to Pratham.


Pratibha Gupta

She is one of the Co-founder of Pratham Software . She has nine years of leadership and hands-on development experience, which has enabled her to make significant contributions at all tiers of the multi-tier enterprise applications stack, both in terms of development and product direction. She while working for various organization in USA has assumed a wide range of responsibilities as an architect, manager, project leader and senior developer.


Her expertise is Java and Internet technologies with focus on infrastructure space (J2EE/XML/WebServices). She has vast experience of using the latest Application Servers, Tools, Database Languages, which she has applied in the various projects handled by her to client's full satisfaction.


She completed her Bachelors in Engineering, Institute of Technology, BHU, India , after that she did her Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA She has been awarded with outstanding Academic Achievement award, USC, LA.


Pravil Gupta

Pravil has more than fourteen years of industry experience in design, development and delivery of complex high-performance enterprise software. He is highly skilled and experienced in providing both managerial and technological leadership for building complex stand-alone software as well as service-oriented solutions.


Pravil Gupta is MSEE and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and B.Tech. in Electronic Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology , Bombay, India. He has authored several technical papers in the area of electronic design automation.


Currently, he is VP Engineering and CTO of Sales Configuration Solutions (SCS) at Selectica, Inc. responsible for Selectica’s industry acclaimed configuration and pricing technology which is deployed at Fortune 100 companies.
