Project/Product Description	The BPM solution keeps track of the Work flow of the complete process and tends to automate the same. The Purpose of this project was to enhance Work Distribution System (WDS) at Client’s company for document processing. The existing Work Distribution system distributes the documents (received, & Scanned at US and FTP to India) among the agents based on their skill set.

Challenges	Client insisted to carryout all the development task at his end but somehow we convinced him that we will be able to deliver goods working from our office. This being a complete revamp of existing application required tremendous effort in terms of understanding the existing system and planning for development in such a way that the existing system should remain intact Setting up same production environment at Pratham Solutions was a tedious task to perform, because firstly SBM version used was 5.0 SP3 and secondly there was no record of patches that were applied on production environment being a old application and moreover used by 300-350 users every day generates lots of data, as a part of new requirement we developed randomizer(s) for Quality Check but they didn’t work according to the expected performance level. Reason being one of the old tables used by randomizer(s) was having large number of records and there were no indexes on any of the columns
Achievements	We were able to carryout all the development task working from our office. Despite of short project time line we were able to complete development on time.
